Knee Clinic Rehabilitation Packages at Victoria-Chiropractic – Yoga Spine Lab
Our knee clinic rehabilitation programs are designed for patients who want to resolve knee pain, improve function, and restore long-term knee health by addressing the underlying causes, not just the symptoms.
All knee clinic programs integrate:
- Chiropractic care
- Targeted rehabilitation exercises
- Movement retraining
- Hydration and nutrition principles
- Progressive strengthening and stability work
Important Commitment & Suitability Notes
The Knee Clinic Rehab Programs are for motivated patients who are prepared to take responsibility for their recovery. Rehabilitation for knees must be coordinated alongside:
- Proper hydration (ideally up to 2.5L per day)
- Nutritional support
- Daily habit changes
- Consistent attendance
- You will be asked to confirm that you have no contraindications to increasing daily water intake (such as kidney, heart, or metabolic mineral conditions).
- If you do have a contraindication, please bring a letter from your GP or specialist to your first visit explaining your daily water limit and why.
- Sipping water throughout the day is preferable. Avoid suddenly drinking large amounts at once.
- All onboarding and rehab appointments are booked in off-peak times.
This option is suitable for any category of patient, and is especially helpful for patients with:
- More degenerative changes
- Long-term hydration neglect
- Slower tissue recovery
- A need to rebuild healthy habits alongside treatment
Program Structure:
- 6 weeks, 1 session per week
- Session duration: 30 minutes (if there are no other complaints such as low back pain)
- Standard price: £60 per session (£360 total)
- Block booking discount: 15% off
- Discounted total: £306 when paid in advance
Important Conditions:
- This block must be taken regularly and consecutively.
- If the program is terminated before completion, any refund will lose the entire discount and revert to standard session pricing.
- Any missed appointments without 48 hours’ notice are not refunded and the session is lost.
- With 48 hours’ notice, you may delay an appointment by 7 days, and the session will carry over in sequence with no loss.
- Only one 48-hour cancellation is permitted during the 6-week block, and only in extenuating circumstances.
This option follows the same Terms & Conditions as Block Option One, but is intended for patients who are already:
- Consciously hydrating daily (minimum 1.75L, ideally 2.5L)
- Not consuming soft drinks or sodas
- Ready to commit to a faster-paced rehabilitation process
- This option is designed for patients who already have good baseline hydration habits and want to progress more quickly.
- Hydration remains a critical requirement, and the treatment and exercise program must be coordinated during the same period as increased hydration and nutritional improvements to build long-term habits.
- (All hydration declarations, GP/specialist letter requirements, and booking rules still apply exactly as in Block Option One.)
Booking, Cancellations, Fair Use Policy
- Rehab blocks must be booked and attended consistently.
- Any missed appointment without 48 hours’ notice is forfeited.
- With 48 hours’ notice, one appointment may be moved by up to 7 days during the block.
- Only one such reschedule is permitted during the full 6-week block.
- Protect clinic time for other patients
- Ensure fairness
- Encourage responsibility and commitment
- Maintain treatment momentum
- From experience, this system provides the best outcome for both patients and the clinic.
