Starting Care as a New Patient
Choosing Victoria-Chiropractic – Yoga Spine Lab means working with Dr. Leom Woodal, an experienced chiropractor specialising in Holistic Biomechanics. This approach blends chiropractic care with leg-length analysis, lower-limb injury prediction and targeted rehabilitation to address pain and stiffness. Many practice members are professionals across Pimlico who take an active role in their health. The clinic is a short walk from Victoria and Pimlico stations and close to main coach and bus routes.
Paperwork, Preparation and Savings
Hydration, Scent-Free, and Guidelines
For accurate assessment, drink only pure water for 36 hours before your first appointment and avoid other drinks. URSU pH 9 “New Alkaline” is recommended. To protect scent-sensitive practice members, we follow a scent-free policy similar to Breakspear Medical; avoid perfume, aftershave, body sprays, most deodorants and other strong fragrances. If needed for work, apply deodorant after an early appointment. Wear loose clothing so your spine and pelvis can be examined; women are asked to wear a modest bra or T-shirt and may change into shorts on arrival.
Your First Visits and Health Policies
Onboarding takes place over two visits: the first covers consultation and examination, the second explains your Report of Findings and Plan. Urgent onboarding can be arranged for a higher fee; mention urgency when booking. After a vaccine, wait four weeks before your appointment and bring the record. If you drink alcohol daily, pause for a month before visiting, and avoid alcohol or recreational drugs on appointment days. We provide chiropractic and rehabilitation care focused on long-term results, with home guidance and prevention.
